Refunds & Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 100% NO REFUND POLICY.

Client understands and agrees that there will be no refunds of any payments or guarantees of outcomes, and that the fees set forth herein are fully earned upon receipt.

Access & Delivery. Services are provided through the password-protected member dashboard at AdvancedSportsAdvisors.com for the purchased term (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 consecutive days). SMS/text alerts are optional convenience notifications and are not required for delivery. Plays are considered delivered when posted to the member dashboard.

Client Responsibilities. Client is responsible for maintaining login credentials and checking the dashboard for updates. Failure to view posted plays does not entitle Client to a refund or credit.

Term & Renewal. Access begins at purchase and runs for the selected term. No auto-renewals; access ends automatically unless Client purchases a new term.

Any attempt by Client to dispute the credit card transaction(s) without cause may entitle Advanced Sports Advisors to pursue remedies and damages as permitted by law.

Entertainment & No Betting Guarantees

Our handicapping services and analysis are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee results, outcomes, or wins. You alone are responsible for how you use the picks or information provided.

Limitation of Liability

ASA and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses related to your use of our services, content, or third-party links.
